Each room at BlueWater is designed for comfort, and features Serta Perfect Sleeper Concierge Emerald plush beds. All rooms have oversized beds, either one king or two queen beds. And every room has a balcony or patio overlooking the majestic Colorado, where you can sit back, enjoy a cocktail, soft drink, coffee or tea (or complete breakfasts, lunches or dinners) from room service, and watch spectacular sunrises and sunsets. BlueWater’s rooms all have blow dryers, 25 inch color TV, cable with HBO and Showtime, voice mail and more.

BlueWater also features "Marina Level" rooms, which allow guests direct access to their boats or the beach. Boat docks are conveniently located right outside the Marina Level room patios. The Marina and BlueWater Cantina are an easy walk for your boating and eating pleasure. For guest with special needs, we also offer disability-accessible rooms.

And – BlueWater offers junior and spectacular two-room suites, all featuring a refrigerator, wet bar, a gigantic balcony or patio with space for up to 50 of your closest friends, and a completely unobstructed view of the mountains and river.
